RAGI MUG CAKE

Ingredients:
  • 3 Tbsp roasted ragi flour @fructus_terra
  • 1 Tbsp corn flour
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 Baking powder
  • 1/4 Baking soda
  • 3 Tbsp powdered jaggery
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 Tbsp coconut milk
  • 1/4 Tsp vanilla essence
  • Pinch of salt
  • Choco chips for toppings
Direction:
  1. Grease the mug with oil
  2. Preheat the oven at 180c for 10 minutes
  3. Strain all the dry ingredients (ragiflour,cocoapowder,salt,cornflour,baking powder and soda)
  4. Add the wet ingredients (coconut milk, vanilla essence,coconut oil)and mix well using spatula
  5. Add the half of the dry ingredients into this wet mixture and fold mix it to form a semi fluid consistency
  6. Top the batter with Choco chips
  7. Bake for about 15-18min at 180c
