HEALTHY MILLET & WHOLE WHEAT PANIYARAM

Healthy Millet & whole wheat paniyaram , tomato chutney , whole wheat health mix banana bread ( recipe in our YouTube channel #aasisters). Paniyaram recipe (Ingredients & Directions) :

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup idli batter
  • 1 cup of Ragi flour @fructusterra
  • Onion thinly chopped , ginger chopped , g.chillies , curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Mix all the ingredients, prepare the batter by adding enough water.
  • Use appam pan to make paniyaram
  • Close it lid to prevent dryness.
